Item is a used 30 bbl production brewery that is still installed and available for inspection. Included are the following: Purchased new in 2008 - Brewing equipment details: 30 bbl brewhouse includes: • 40 bbl Hot Liquor Tank with sight tube, 2 low pressure steam jackets (one on tank bottom and one sidewall) and dedicated hot liquor pump. • Heated Mash Tun with 2 low pressure steam jackets (tank bottom and sidewall), single speed motorized mixing paddle, grist hopper and grist hydrator. Top of grist hopper is 194” above the floor. • Unheated, insulated Lauter Tun with pneumatically height adjustable rakes and frequency controlled motor. Rakes can be manually turned sideways for grain out. CIP cart with 2 solution tanks, one with electric heating element, and circulating pump. The yeast propagator is a 2 bbl tank with one sidewall cooling jacket, and a low pressure steam heating jacket in the cone which is currently not connected, 2 sample valves and a PRV (pressure relief/vacuum breaker valve). The glycol reservoir is a 5 bbl, insulated tank, and the chiller unit has a 10hp compressor. Canning line is from Cask Brewing Systems, also new in 2008. 5 head automated filler does 60cs/hour with 16oz cans, may also be adjusted to run 12oz cans.
