Item is a tank with cooling jacket originally designed for yeast propagating. It is 304 stainless steel construction. Net capacity is 100 gallon. The tank has dimple jacket on side wall and cone, 60 degree cone bottom with 4 legs. It includes CIP arm, racking arm with butterfly valve, discharge valve, top manway door, and thermometer. This tank sells new for $4995 and was used for less than one month.
