Biner-Ellison Filling Line

Item is a used Biner-Ellison Filling line. The equipment was set up to run distilled spirits. The line includes change parts for 750 ml, square, glass bottles. It includes the following items. Biner Ellison rotary filler model F36-TD-16. This is a top drive, gravity filling machine having a 36 inch pitch diameter and (16), 1/2 inch diameter valves. The machine has stainless steel contact parts and the frame is covered with stainless steel sheet metal. Machine operates with clockwise rotation. It is currently set up to run square containers and does not utilize a feed screw. (2) Two Collamat, wipe on style pressure sensitive labeling heads. These machines were manufactured in 1998 and utilize stepper motor drives. Each machine is capable of applying a label up to 6.3 inches high at a rate of 1150 inches of web per minute. Maximum label reel diameter is 14 inches. Operating voltage is 110 VAC. Each of these units has been mounted on opposing sides of a variable speed conveyor. They will run front/back labels on square containers. The machine is also setup with a wrap station and will run body/full wrap labels on round containers. Resina, model S-30, single spindle capper. The machine has front and back container grippers with a S/S hopper. The hopper is photo eye controlled. It is currently set up for a 28mm, tamper evident cap. Machine is equipped with an integral conveyor (s/s table top chain) and runs from left to right. The container handling parts are for square, glass bottles. Pneumatic Scale bottle feeder/air rinser. Machine utilizes a 36 inch wide wire mesh belt to simultaneously feed, remove corrugated particulate, and single file the containers onto a conveyor. Machine is currently set up with 4 lanes with space for several additional lanes if needed. Machine is adjustable with no additional change parts required. Garvey 30 inch accumulation/pack-off disk. the disk is powered with a 1/2 HP Baldor DC motor with speed controller. The motor is single phase, 115 volt. and is all s/s construction.
