Item is a used, APV, HTST, 1,000 gal./hour pasteurization machine. Machine was previously utilized in dairy application. All components including the frame are stainless steel. It is equipped with an Anderson chart recorder and controls. The balance tank is equipped with a Laddish Tri-Clover level control. Hot-Set and controls are part of the skid mount system.
