The machine was manufactured in 2005 and originally sold to a winery in California. It saw limited use and was resold to another client in 2007 but has been in dry warehouse storage since. This machine is also equipped with top and side guarding and a blower unit to supply filtered air around the machine. The positive filtered airflow reduces the likelihood of fruit flies and other contaminants. This is an expensive factory option.
