Used PDC model 75-ERL Shrinkable sleeve labeler. The machine was manufactured in 2005 and has been used sporadically in single shift operation. It is designed for high speed tamper evident banding at 200-400 CPM. The 75 series shrink sealer also handles sleeving applications at 200 CPM depending on sleeve dimensions. The machine is set up with an additional film reel to simplify splicing. It is also equipped with a Gottcho hot stamp coder. Machine was set up for registered film and was running both 11 oz. and 30 oz. square plastic bottles. It has upgraded controls with touch screen interface and includes a dual zone steam tunnel and integral conveyor system. Machine is set up for 480 volt operation.
