Item is a used, Mateer, model 3920 auger filler. This is an automatic machine with a full frame and an integral conveyor. It is equipped with Microset controls. The product hopper is equipped with a slow speed agitator. The auger diameter is 2 1/2 inches. The conveyor is equipped with "container vibrator" mechanism. Machine is all stainless steel construction.

Item is a used, US Bottlers model GE36LS filler. This is a stainless steel, gravity machine equipped with 5/8 inch valves. Included with the machine is the balance tank and balance tank pump, the overflow pump. The machine was set up with a two, tank system. The product supply tank is approximately 200 gallons and measures approximately 3\' diameter with a 4\' straight side. It has a closed top with manway and is equipped with explosion proof level sensing unit. The return tank is approximately 65 gallons and equipped with a hinged lid. Previous use was in a major liquor facility that closed in July 2011. Machine has been well maintained and was in use until plant closing.

Item is a used Cherry Burrell 10 valve rotary filler. This is a fully automatic machine capable of filling gallon containers on each station, but is currently set up for smaller, round containers. The valve diameter is 3/4 inch. There is no capping apparatus on the machine. It is equipped with a straight through conveyor. Stand alone capper can be added at additional cost.

Item is a used, Federal S/S, 26 valve filler set up with a 6 head, preessure pad capper. The machine is equipped with 1 1/8 inch spring style valves (not diaphragm) for hot or cold fill application. The machine was previously running dairy style, plastic, gallon jugs at a bottled water facility. The machine operates from left to right with clockwise rotation.

Item is a used, Federal S/S 18 valve gallon filler with 5 head pressure pad capper. Machine operates from left to right (clockwise rotation). It is equipped with 1 1/8 inch, diaphragm style filling nozzles. It was previously utilized in a bottled Water facility and is set up for dairy style gallon jugs.

Used Rutherford, rotary, cup filler. The machine utilizes a single head filler and de-nests the cups, fills, applies and heat seals a film overseal, and de-nests and applies a plastic overlid. The filled cups are discharged onto a conveyor, transported past the non contact coder and accumulated on a 48 inch diameter, stainless steel accumulation table. The machine includes a variety of change parts from 8 ounce to 5 lb. tubs. The product hopper includes a level control probe.

It is mated to, but not on a monoblock frame, a 16 head, Pneumatic Scale capper (item number 4464), model TC6016 through a synchronous drive system.
