New Stock BSV 3 head keg washer

Item is a new stock BSV 3 head keg washer. This machine is an economical alternative to the domestically built dual head semi auto keg washer that we sell. This unit is PLC controlled with a touch screen panel. It has two tanks - one heated with immersion heater for caustic, and the second bin for sanitizer. The machine utilizes two pumps, and micromatic keg couplers for keg hook up. Te machine is preprogrammed for cycle times but cycle times can be adjusted manually to meet users preference. We estimate a cleaning rate of 30 kegs per hour. The cleaning sequence is as follows: -drain keg -rinse and drain with water -rinse and drain with heated caustic -rinse and drain with water -rinse and drain with sanitizer -purge with CO2 Caustic and sanitizer are reused, while water is discharged.
