2014 Cime / Enos DPS Gold 6/6/1

For Sale is a lightly used CIME DPS 6/6/1 counter-pressure bottle filler with included labeler and conveyance. All you need to get packaging is a pump and product. This line has less than 1100 hrs on it, and is still currently in use. We are looking to sell this line immediately to make room for a new canning line. The Cime Gold offers double pre-evacuation of the bottle prior to filling for low D.O. levels. We have been able to run this line effectively and efficiently with two operators at max speeds at or near 22 BPM, and have been running only “clean” beers and ciders (no funky sours). This line was made in 2014 by CIME in Italy. There are some spare parts that will be included in the sale, as well as all supporting use and maintenance manuals including wiring diagrams for the line and all components. There is an integrated plug for a centrifugal pump that will start and stop as needed when the line calls for product, but the line can also be set up to run AODD pump. This line will also come with some extra conveyor pieces and conveyor chain for multiple layout options. It is currently set up in “L” shape, but a straight layout or “horseshoe” layout is possible, and it has a very small overall footprint (Approx. 16′ X 16′ as “L” shape).
