Used Portland Kettle Works 15 bbl Brewery

Item is a used 15 bbl direct fired Portland Kettle Works brewery system. The system was installed in approximately 2018 and remains in excellent condition. Included are the following:

PKW 2 vessel 15 bbl direct fired brewhouse-

Brewkettle whirlpool – 101” tall x 66” od

Mash Lauter Tun – 108” tall to top of the rake drive x 66” od (112” total height)

Footprint of the brewhouse is 15’ wide x 96” deep plus the HLT

HLT – 40+bbl oversized direct fired HLT – 150” tall x 75” deep

The brewhouse is designed with a platform and pump, thermaline T13 S-36 dual stage heat exchanger with aeration stone and sight glass. The MLT has a top driven rake with a drop down grain out arm, multi piece wedge wire false bottom, grant, swing link diverter panel, brewhouse control panel, hydrator with slide gate, and brewers sink with workstation. The platform has a 5-step stairway with handrails.

(1) Marks Fabrication 30 bbl brite tank, carbstone, sample valve, racking arm, side manway, cip, prv, dry hop port, jacketed sidewall and dish.

(1) BSV Blackstone 15 bbl fermenter, side manway, cip, prv, jacketed cone and sidewall, sample valve, racking arm, separate blow off arm, dry hop port, 4 legs with cross bracing and adjustable footpads.

(3) PKW 15 bbl fermenters, top manway, cip, prv, separate blow off arm, sample valve, racking port, 4 legs with cross bracing, jacketed cone and sidewall.

(2) Marks 30 bbl fermenters, side manway, cip, prv, separate blow off arm, sample valve, racking port, jacketed cone and sidewall, dry hop port, four legs with cross braces.

(2) portable centrifugal pumps on carts with VFD’s.
