Used Pack West, rotary capper having 8 capping heads. The machine operates left to right and was set up to be powered by the filler through a jack shaft. The machine is currently set up to run a 43 mm cap on a juice bottle. Also included with the machine are change parts for qt. glass containers, as well as 32 oz., 64 oz., 96 oz., and 128 oz plastic containers. This machine is capable of running up to a one gallon bottle or jug on each station. Also, included with the machine is the cap hopper, elevator, and controls for supplying the cap sorter with caps. The owner was running a cap with a break away tamper evident ring and it was necessary to utilize a steam box to heat the caps before application in order to not break the ring. The machine has a new steam box. Included with the machine are many spare maintenance parts. Production rates are figured at 25 bpm per head, or approximately 200 bpm. |

Used Ocea model Diamante rotary labeler. The machine is an 8 station machine with one labeling aggregate capable of applying a front panel or body wrap label. The machine was manufactured in 1989 and has had very little use. It was previously used in a spice manufacturing operation. It is capable of production rates up to a maximum of 175 bpm. A label length of 1.17 to 5.46 inches and a maximum label height is 5.66 inches. The machine comes with three sets of change parts, including label baskets, feed screws, infeed and discharge stars, etc. Machine is lacking the glue pump. |

Used New Jersey machine automatic labeler - it is a model 316 stallion, cold glue labeler. It is equipped with oscillating pressure pads. The 1750 rpm motor was replaced with an 1150 rpm motor to accommodate smoother operation at slower production rates of 105 bpm. With the standard 1750-rpm motor, the machine is capable of production rates of up to 240 bpm. Machine was operated in a blow molding facility and was operated at the lower speed to match up with their bottle production rates. It is equipped with gast vacuum pumps, product sensor, and a 1 _ inch wide top belt. The machine was used to label the front and back panels of one-quart motor oil bottles. It has additional parts for a special glue pattern to accommodate a ?tear-off? coupon on the label. The machine is in good condition and was running when it was removed from service in 1996. There are several thousand dollars worth of spare parts that are included with the machine. |
