Used Compact Tunnel Pasteurizer

Item is a used, tunnel pasteurizer with approximate dimensions of 5' X 15'. It is all stainless steel with a plastic matt top belt. The chamber height is 20". The tunnel is divided into three zones with individual drain chambers and new, AMT pumps. It was designed for cans and is set up with a regen. circuit from the first hot zone to provide some cooling on the third zone. The unit will require a steam source (boiler). The machine is set up for 230 volt/3-phase/60 htz. power.

Included Modifications -

-Plumb three independent zones (two hot zones and one cooling zone on the discharge end)

-Replace all three pumps with new AMT pumps (set up for 230 volt/3-phase power)

-Provide two (2) new plate heat exchangers w/new temperature control valving steam regulators

--Replace electrical panel with larger, stand-alone electrical panel to provide distance from steam/moisture

-Replace existing conveyor drive with a 3 phase drive and VFD

-Connect heat exchangers to the tunnel with hard-piping

-Add steam trap and condensate return system to steam discharge side of heat exchanger

-Add single lane infeed conveyor on the front end

-Fabricate front end, pneumatic loader arm to load one full row of cans per cycle (photo eye controlled)Electri
