Used Compact Tunnel Pasteurizer

Item is a used, tunnel pasteurizer with approximate dimensions of 5' X 15'. It is all stainless steel with a plastic matt top belt. The chamber height is 20". The tunnel was originally divided into three zones with individual drain chambers and pumps. It was modified to make a single heating zone for cans. The unit will require a steam source (boiler).

Included Modifications -

-Plumb three zones together to make one continuous heating zone for cans

-Provide large reservoir for recirculation water

-Provide new plate heat exchanger w/temperature control valving

-Replace (3) single phase pumps with one larger three phase pump

-Replace electrical panel with larger, stand-alone electrical panel

-Replace existing conveyor drive with a 3 phase drive and VFD

-Connect heat exchanger to the tunnel with hard-piping

-Add steam trap and condensate return system to steam discharge side of heat exchanger
