Item is a used, Santa Rosa Stainless 125 BBL, cone bottom, S/S fermenter. Approximate dimensions are 90" ID X 226OAH. (120" straight side , 72" cone). It has dual zone side-wall jackets with a jacket on the cone. Jacket pressure is rated at 20 PSI with an internal pressure rating of 14.8 PSI. It is equipped with a 16" X 20", oval swing-in side manway and 2" bottom outlet. It is equipped with a top mounted C.I.P. arm and spray ball.
