2017 NITA Pressure Sensitive Labeler XP 100

Item is a used, NITA, model XP 100, fully automatic, pressure sensitive labeler. The machine is et up for a #4 wind. It is set up for wrap labeling as well as spot or panel labeling. It is equipped with an interval timing belt as well as parallel aligning belts to center the container under the top hold down belt, in addition to the wrap station. Machine is totally servo synchronized. No PLC's or circuit boards. It is equipped with double web gates to accommodate three panel label application It is capable of applying up to a 6" high label from a 12" diameter roll of labels. Machine was manufactured in Nov. of 2016 and delivered in 2017. The machine is currently configured with an additional 8' long conveyor and a Marburg neck band applicator. These items are available at additional cost. The power requirement is 220 volt/single phase.
