Custom Conveyor Sysytem

Item is a custom conveyor system that would be supplied along with GAI filler and Pack Leader Labeler for Townshend Tea bottling line installation. The componenets include: Fabrication and installation of a short extension of the discharge conveyor on the dump/feed table connecting to the filler. Conveyor “A” Fabrication and installation of an extension of the discharge conveyor on the filler. A motor and right side gear drive system would be installed on this conveyor. It would be set up for left side, side transfer to the next conveyor. This drive would power the conveyor through both the dump table and the filler. Conveyor “B” This conveyor would facilitate a left side, side transfer from Conveyor “A”. It would form a 90 degree angle to the right with the legs being 3-4 feet in length and a tight radius of approximately 24 inches. A motor and left side gear drive system would be installed allowing for side transfer to the right onto the labeler conveyor. Conveyor “C” The containers would side transfer to the right onto Conveyor “C”. This conveyor would consist of a short leg of approximately 18-24 inches in length, a 45 degree angle to the right, a straight leg of approximately 4 feet, a 45 degree angle to the right and a straight leg of 3 feet. A motor and left side gear system would be installed. Conveyor “D” Conveyor “D” is a 12 inch wide by 8-10 feet long gravity, roller conveyor used for accumulation of filled cartons exiting the case taper. Equipped with casters for portability. Conveyor “E” Conveyor “E” is a 12 inch wide by 10-12 feet long gravity, roller conveyor used to move empty boxes from the dump/feed table to the individual packing filled bottles into cases. Equipped with casters for portability.
