New England Machine Low Profile Bottle Unscrambler NEHHLP-72

Item is a used, New England Machine, LOW PROFILE, bottle unscrambler. This machihnje is equipped with a large, 72 inch diameter sorting bowl for higher speeds. Container size range is from 3/4" to 8.5" diameter and up to 13" in height. It is S/S construction and capable of sorting a wide variety of plastic containers including straight walled, tapered, oval, as well as asymmetrical. Low profile desigln allows for easy access to the sorting bowl facilitating quick change-overs. Included with the machine is a 100 cubic foot hopper/elevator to supply bottles to the unscrambler bowl. The hopper has a clear plastic, "bubble" cover with a pneumatic lift. The elevator is approximately 24" wide and the flights are 4" high. The machine was previously utilized in a bottled water facillity and there are change parts for .5 liter, 1.0 liter, cylinder, PET bottles. Some maintence parts are included woth the machine.
