2013 GAI 5003A Bier Monoblock / 6080E P/S Labeler

Item is a late model GAI (Italy) monoblock counterpressure filling line last used to fill 12 oz glass beer bottles with crown closure. The line was installed in 2013 and is represented in very good condition. The line is currently installed but scheduled for removal in November 2023. Included are the following:

-GAI 5003A Bier - Monoblock 16 head rotary rinser, 16 valve pre-evac filler, 3 head crown capper

-GAI 6080E Inline Labeler - pressure sensitive, single station, single head dispenser, 33-100 BPM/2000-6000 BPH rating, designrd to apply a body or wrap label.

-GAI infeed dump table with multi lane design and bead rail single file to labeler infeed

-GAI multi lane accumulation table at the exit of the labeler

(2) GAI 90deg elbows and straight section connecting the post label accumulation to the filler infeed

-GAI multi lane accumulation table at the exit of the monoblock riner/filler/capper

-3M case taper
