Used 15 bbl Premier Stainless Brewhouse

Item is a used Premier Stainless 15 bbl steam heated brewhouse. The system was installed in approximately 2015 and remains in excellent condition. It was designed with the following components -

PSS Mash / lauter tun vessel;

PSS Brew kettle / whirlpool vessel (2 sidewall and 1 bottom steam jacket);

PSS Stainless brewhouse work platform & stairs;

Brewhouse tank lights;

Milled lauter tun false bottom;

Complete hard piped SS brewhouse manifold;

Wort grant or enclosed wort receiver;

Digital flow meter;

Cold water blend valve with analog thermometer;

Sanitary centrifugal wort pump - with 2 HP SS motor;

Sanitary centrifugal grant pump - with 2 HP SS motor;

Sanitary SS plate heat exchanger - wort/water;

SS Nema 4X control panel with digital temperature controllers;

Variable frequency drive for BH pumps 2;

Wort aeration assembly;

Sight glass for wort runoff & heat exchange outlet 3;

Grist hydrator with 4" butterfly valve;

The system is currently installed but available for removal and shipment on short notice. Available at additional cost are 15/30 bbl fermenters and brite tanks, G&D chiller, mill, and support equipment. This system is priced at a fraction of new cost and would be an excellent choice for a small/mid scale production brewery or brewpub.
