USed GAI Model 5031FM-Bier monoblock rinser/filler/capper - 2015

Item is a used GAI model 5031 FM Bier automatic, monoblock, Rinser/Filler/Crowner. The machine has change parts for 12 oz., 22 oz., 500 ml., and 750 ml glass bottles and can apply a 26 mm crown. The rated capacity on the machine is 1,000-5,000 BPH. depending on product size (max. container diameter is 115 mm.). The machine is configured with a 16 station rotary clamp style rinser/blower, and 16 station rotary filler, and a 3 station rotary AROL crown turret and chute, OSHA guarding package w/glass doors, S/S construction, 3 1/4" wide x 12' long S/S conveyor. Operation is clockwise rotation(from left to right). The machine is also equipped with positive air flow blower/hood assembly. Power requirement is 220V/3ph/60htz. Machine was manufactured is 2015 and was last used in cidery. It has been factory serviced in the last two years with replacement glass doors and upgraded electrical wiring as well as replacement of gaskets and soft parts. Included is the vacuum pump, as well as a accumulation table on the infeed side. It is in great shape and ready to use. Export skidding and shipping is available from our facility.
