The MCE Modular Conveyor Express Re-Flow Accumulation Table is a recirculating, jam-free conveyor system that temporarily stores and buffers products during production line interruptions, such as downtime events or changeovers. It features a small footprint, high storage capacity, and a unique single-filing concept that uses recirculation to ensure a smooth, steady flow of round and oblong products into a single-file discharge, preventing jams and product damage. 

How it works:

• Recirculation: Products that aren't immediately ready to exit the table are recirculated to prevent back pressure and bridging, allowing them to rejoin the discharge lane when downstream processes are ready. 
• Single-filing: The table's design ensures that only one product passes through the single-filing area at a time, orienting and controlling the flow to a single-file discharge. 
• Product Orientation: Angled rails and a rotating post help guide and align products, ensuring correct orientation for consistent flow and jam-free operation. 
• Pressure Relief: An offset pressure relief design redirects products to an overflow section when the discharge is blocked, which then recirculates them, allowing the main line to continue.
