2005 Zalkin TM 200NG Single Head ROPP Capper

Item is a used, Zalkin, model TM 200NG single head ROPP capper. The machine is all S/S construction operating from left to right. It is currently set up for a 38 mm closure. The machine was previously utilized in a kombucha facility running aluminum bottles. Machine has a 16 station bottle feed star wheel. It is designed to have a a conveyor run through the machine, but it is not currently equipped with a conveyor. This can be provided at additional cost. The machine is set up with a stand-alone, rotary cap hopper/sorter that mounts on a stand (provided) next to the machine feeding the cap chute and cap escapement. Machine control panel is set up for 460 volt/3-phyase operation, but it is equipped with a step-up transformer for 208/230 volt input with 460 volt output.
