(1) Available - Built March 2020 - CPE BB60H-37D heat exchanger is a gasketed plate and frame heat exchanger manufactured by CPE Systems Inc.. It is primarily designed as a high-efficiency wort chiller for use in breweries or as a means to heat a product utilizing steam as the heat method.

• Type: Gasketed plate and frame heat exchanger.
• Application: Used in brewing to cool hot wort from approximately 200°F down to about 70°F using city water, typically in about 30 minutes. The design allows the discharged hot water to be collected and reused in the hot liquor tank (HLT) for the next brew.
