The mobile Clean-in-Place (CIP) skid in a brewery or beverage production facility provides versatile, portable, and automated sanitation for vessels, tanks, and pipelines without needing to disassemble equipment. It enhances efficiency by reducing labor, water, and chemical costs while ensuring consistent, high-quality, and safe sanitation across various production tasks within a beverage facility.

The skid consists of (2) 50 gallon reservoirs. One of the reservoirs is double walled and has a heater element. The second reservoir is a single wall. Each of the CIP tanks are shallow cone bottom with removable lids. The skid includes a Thompson 1.5hp centrifugal wash down pump, process piping with valves, a control panel with pump controls, as well as a VFD for the pump. There is also a separate control for the heater and a digital controller to set temperature within the heated tank. The skid is mounted on a stainless steel frame and has wheels for mobility. The skid is designed for a small to medium size craft beverage producer. This is a new old stock item that has never been used. It is in like new condition and ready to ship. Dimensions of the skid are 6 foot long by 30 inches wide by approximately 60 inches tall.
