2019 COROSYS FPS/HWD 45 HOT WATER DEAERATION & FLASH PASTRURIZATION SYSTEM

2019 Corosys Flash pasteurizer with hot water deaeration system. This skid mounted package was manufactured new in June 2019, and was installed in a brewery late 2019/early 2020. The COROSYS FPS/HWD 45 is a combined industrial beverage processing unit that integrates Flash Pasteurization (FPS) and Hot Water Deaeration (HWD) into a single, skid-mounted system. It is primarily used in the brewing and beverage industry to ensure microbiological stability and remove oxygen from water used in production, maintaining high product quality and shelf life.

• Product-friendly: Heating is done as gently as possible due to a small temperature difference with the heating medium.

• High heat recovery: Regenerative heating allows up to 96% heat recovery, saving both heating and cooling energy.
