Used GAI 3031 FM Bier Monoblock Rinser/Filler/Capper

Now Available- Used GAI 3031FM-Bier-003 monoblock rinser filler crowner. The GAI 3031FM-bier-003 is an automatic, 12-head monoblock machine designed to rinse, isobarically fill, and crown-cap glass bottles. Commonly used in craft breweries, cideries, and craft beverage production facilities, the "FM Bier" series handles carbonated beverages using mechanical isobaric (counter-pressure) valves to prevent foam and oxidation during packaging.

Key Features

• Isobaric Filling: Fills bottles under controlled pressure (up to 8 bar), which keeps carbon dioxide dissolved in the beer.
• Integrated Monoblock: Combines a 12-head bottle rinser, a 12-head isobaric filler, and a crown capper on a single stainless steel chassis.
• Throughput: Typically processes up to 50 bottles per minute (depending on bottle size and carbonation levels).

This machine was last used in a brewery and ran 12 oz. longneck glass beer bottles. there is an additional set of 750ml botlle handling parts included. In addition, the item includes a GAI pack-off table and misc spare parts.

*NOTE- new changparts are available for customer supplied glass bottles at additional cost and lead time for changpart orders is approx 45days from receipt of bottle samples.
