It serves three main purposes: oxygen displacement, can pressurization, and beverage nitrogenation.

How It Works

• The Drop: A sensor times the passing can and injects an exact, tiny droplet of liquid nitrogen (\(LN_{2}\)) into the liquid.
• The Expansion: Liquid nitrogen instantly expands into gas at a ratio of 1 to 700, forcing out remaining oxygen from the headspace before the lid is seamed on.
• The Seal: Trapped gas builds internal pressure as it finishes warming up.
